Fŗilte gu Gŗidhlig anns na Cržochan / Welcome to Gaelic in the Scottish Borders

Chaidh Gŗidhlig anns na Cržochan a stŤidheachadh ann an 1994 gus Gŗidhlig agus cultar na Gŗidhlig a bhrosnachadh anns na Cržochan.

Established in 1994, Gaelic in the Borders aims to raise awareness of the Gaelic language and Gaelic culture within the Scottish Borders.

Membership is open to anyone with an interest in Gaelic.
The annual subscription is just £ 6.00 ( concession - £ 3.00 ).

We support the Gaelic language classes provided by Scottish Borders Council and provide a Programme of events throughout the year with a Gaelic focus. These events are all open to non-members.

Our informal ceilidhs feature local and invited singers and musicians and can reflect a varied musical mix. Everyone is welcome, whether as performer or simply to join the audience.

We also hold talks and concerts where Gaelic-speaking writers, artists and commentators are invited to speak or perform.

New Members are very welcome! Fŗilte oirbh uile!
