Extend - Exercise Class

The Class is movement to music for men & women over sixty, and for less able people of any age.

The exercise programme will:
Improve muscle strength and stamina
Improve muscle tone
Increase flexibility & mobility
Improve posture
Improve co-ordination
Make one feel fitter and have fun.

Tuesdays 11th January to 29th March 2005 (not 15th Feb & 15th March) from 1.30pm to 2.30pm in St Boswells Church Hall.

£3 per session (to include refreshments)
